About Sydney Rose Miller
Hi. I’m Sydney Rose Miller, founder of SBox Training.
I was born and raised in New York City and began my career as a high school English teacher before transitioning into fitness full-time. Over the past eight years, I have lived and coached in Los Angeles, London, Dubai, and New York. I help women train with strength, skill, and focus.
I am a lifelong athlete, a competitive boxer, and a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and breathwork instructor. My approach combines movement and mindset to help you feel strong in your body and clear in your mind.
Boxing brought me back to myself. It taught me to trust my instincts, own my strength, and stay grounded under pressure. I offer my clients a space where they can challenge themselves, build discipline, and feel fully present.
I am here to help you train with confidence, develop skills, and see what you are capable of. Let’s get started.
